November 2025 Newsletter
We love, serve, and gather in Christ.
Pastor’s Corner
Family of faith:
This month is mostly known for Thanksgiving and the official start to Christmas 🎄 season! It's also All Saints Day, my birthday, Veterans Day, Midterm elections, the beginning of Advent Nov. 30th, and the St Andrews Christmas sale on Saturday, November 15th!
I'm sure all of us are busy at this time of year with family gatherings, shopping, and everything else. So, I propose a challenge.
During the month of November, send or give a thank you note to three people at church! They say a written thank you note lifts the soul. When we thank others, we become grateful and begin to realize the many reasons to give thanks to God.
Remember the story of the ten lepers in Luke 11? Ten of them get healed, but only one returns to give Jesus thanks. Let's be that one person, always giving thanks every day and through the Holidays and New Year!
Give thanks to our church and for the people who make ours family. Take a few minutes and thank three people for something they've done or said this month.
Give thanks with a grateful heart and a Blessed Thanksgiving 🦃 to you and yours! I'm thankful for you!
Pastor Doug

Food Pantry
November is gearing up to be a very busy month for food pantry at Faith. Preparations are underway to address the growing needs of the community. Gleaners and the Hendricks County Food Pantry Coalition are great partners with Faith.
On Saturday, November 15, we expect we will have several additional families and a need for additional volunteers. Gleaners has already been experiencing a much heavier client need, and we expect the same. Donations are appreciated to get us through this busy holiday time for people in need.
We would like to focus on the kids during their holiday breaks since their home a lot more and the need is greater. As always, thank you for your continued support of the food pantry and the volunteers and those that donate financially to the cause.
